Philippines the most exotic destination - Boracay in August

August is the peak of the rainy season in the Philippines, but it was great for us this time. Bright sun, less rain for our visit in December 2008 in comparison, but much stronger wind. Accommodation prices are cheaper and less people around. This promotes the annoying but the mass makes it less cumbersome. We found a nice comfortable place with air conditioning overlooking the beach for 1,500 pesos per night and an even better place to go for 1000. Kiteboarding / Surfingcompleted on the white beach this time of year, great to watch.

Station 2 north of D Mall is always our favorite part, and once again was great. Unfortunately, the Café del Mar was almost closed by wind-breakers up to 20 feet, but next door is Ti Braz excellent starting point with a fine French cuisine, and the best beach chairs / loungers. Also next door is a cafe that this small Mediterranean strip is the perfect choice for those who love the atmosphere of the medand good food, like pasta, kebabs greek and French cuisine. Prices are also cool.

The best place to eat was cocunut Red (closer to the mall), the grid decent, good pizza and chicken adobo excellent. Smoking in D Mall was great for reasons local food, and Cindy next to the Ferris wheel has been even cheaper.

The worst was the food was in adobo Bar Rumba my partner really bad after eating something that looked like 10 cloves of garlic in their food. The Steak and Kidney PieIt was a joke too, a kind of sweet biscuits in a bowl of salsa and kidney is not good!

I do not know if we are lucky with the weather, but we added our three days, longer stays twice as many as 10 days in space, completes the absolute paradise!
